They surveyed 147 senior risk & compliance professionals in large companies (average 5000+ employees) in heavily regulated fields, but excluding financials.

Key findings included:

Main focus is on ensuring compliance of operations units & personnel
OH&S is a major area of concern
Keeping up with changes to legislation & regulations remains challenging
Risk and compliance management programs remain decentralised and 'siloed'
Environmental sustainability is emerging as a key focus area
Increasing focus on how the broader economy impacts company risk profiles.
