At times it's hard to separate the truth from the misunderstandings and misbeliefs and downright myths that keep floating around in the world of quality.  I'll help you understand what quality is (and what it isn't), and how to use it and make it work well for you.   You may not even want to 'get ISO 9001'  and that's matter.  Whether you do or not, you can benefit from understanding and using some quality principles and tools.

 * News

Benefit from my extensive knowledge and experience, learn from things that crop up in my consulting work.  Latest news on changes in the world of standards, new developments or simply useful things. At times I come across something that might be interesting or of use, a book, a video, software, whatever, so I'll tell you about it. And if I think something stinks... I'll tell you that too.  

The e-newsletter covers these subjects and more, all with my highly personal approach.  Written somewhere around every 4-6 weeks.  Sometimes more often, or sometimes less.  If I'm just too busy, there'll be gap (I'm sure you'll understand). At times it's longer if I've got a bit more to say, other times short and to the point. But definitely no waffle.  And no incomprehensible 'qwality speak'.
