Quality Coach NewsletterJoin now to get the report on 'The Top 10 Mistakes People Make with ISO 9001 - and how you can avoid them'. The value of this report is at least $97, but it can be yours absolutely free just for joining my list. To browse some past issues, see the archive What's in my Quality Coach newsletter? 4 What Works in Quality ... and what's a complete WAFTAM
4 Fact vs. Fiction
4 From The Trenches
My newsletter covers these subjects and more, all with my personal style and approach. Published about once a month, so you get around 12 info-packed issues a year. I sometimes toss in an extra issue here or there, or may leave a gap when I'm just too flat out working - I'm sure you'll understand!. At times it's longer (if I've got a bit more to say), other times short and straight to the point. But definitely no waffle. Don't sign up unless you also have a "straightforward approach" to quality, because I write as I see it, and with a sense of humour. "I have just joined your mailing list and read your excellent free report. Congratulations on cutting through all the jargon and meaningless nonsense to produce something that is short, to the point and helpful! If only everyone was like this!" Hugh Griffiths, Director, Inzpire "Thank you for your continuous support, your information and updating is a great help." E. Fuaad el Sayed, DOHMS. "These articles of yours gives direction and focus towards my business and customers." K Babu, Chief Executive, Certified Lead Auditor "This is excellent stuff. Thank you. Quite timely..." (name withheld) "Love what you write." (name withheld) "Thanks for providing quality related information. Appreciate it." A Tan, Hewlett Packard "I enjoy your articles." N. Steen "Receiving e-mails from you is a pleasure." S. Pathar "Leadership 'culture' is reflected by what the leaders preach and practice. I couldn't agree better than you in what you say." A. Lee
Got a comment for me? "Love it/hate it" mail? Something you want to express? Although I have many skills, I'm not a mind reader so I really need you to tell me what's on your mind or ask me questions. I'll include the best and the worst in the newsletter. If I come across something that might be useful for you, like a tool, or a book, or a software package I'll tell you about that too (and if I think something stinks... I'll tell you that too!) I look forward to talking with you again soon. Note: You can unsubscribe at any time. Regards >>More about Jane
