4 Fact vs. Fiction

Sometimes it's sometimes hard to separate out the truth from the myths in qualityI'll show you how to understand what quality is (and what it isn't), and how to use it and make it work well for you.  And you may not even want to 'get ISO 9001' - that's fine too.  You can still get a lot of value by applying some of the principles or tools of quality management in your organisation.

4   From The Trenches

You can benefit from my extensive knowledge and experience.  You'll also get my personal insights, and learn things from my consulting assignments and my reflections we travel the quality path together.

My newsletter covers these subjects and more, all with my personal style and approach.  Published about once a month, so you get around 12 info-packed issues a year. I sometimes toss in an extra issue here or there, or may leave a gap when I'm just too flat out working - I'm sure you'll understand!. At times it's longer (if I've got a bit more to say), other times short and straight to the point. But definitely no waffle.

Don't sign up unless you also have a "straightforward approach" to quality, because I write as I see it, and with a sense of humour.
